Bridlewood Neighborhood Information
Bridlewood is located in Flower Mound, Texas. It is a master planned golf course community consisting of approximately 1,350 homes in eleven different neighborhoods. Prices range from the $400,000's to above $1 million. The HOA is managed by FirstService Residential.
Bridlewood is part of Lewisville Independent School District and is served by Bridlewood Elementary, Clayton Downing Middle School and Marcus High School. Both Bridlewood and Downing are located within the community. Marcus is a short drive away.
Balmoral features larger homes above 4,000 square feet.
Belmont is located near Downing Middle School and features homes from 2,700-3,700 square feet.
Bridlewood Farms consists of larger homes around 4,000 square foot on larger estate lots. It is in close proximity to Bridlewood Equestrian Center.
Bristol Place is home to the Bridlewood Community Center, tennis court, basketball court and fitness center. Houses range from 2,800 up to 3,700.
Carriage Glen is located just off Cross Timbers Road and features homes with square footage of mostly in the 3,000's.
Coventry is the largest neighborhood and features many homes on the golf course. Homes range from 3,400-5,100 square feet.
Lexington Downs is located next to Spring Lake Park and features a natural park with trails. The homes are a wide variety from 2,000-4,000 square feet.
Remington Park located near Bridlewood Elementary School features a neighborhood park. Homes range from 2,400-3,900 square feet.
Steeplechase features golf course views and larger homes ranging from 3,800 to 5,500 square feet.
The Reserve is the most high end neighborhood in Bridlewood. The neighborhood is gated and has a second HOA to cover this added expense. The largest homes are situated in this neighborhood all the way up to 6,800 square feet.
Windsor Heights is another neighborhood with a second HOA. This neighborhood is designed for those wanting a low maintenance life style. The second HOA covers front yard maintenance and the homes are on the smaller side ranging from 1,900 to 2,500 square feet.
